it's been a while since i've had a session where baby fever kicks in. but this one, not only did the baby fever kick in, but i wanted to just take their baby home. he was so perfectly perfect. we moved him around more times than i can count and he never woke up once. not even a flicker of the eyes. what a wonderful little bundle of joy!
this is certainly a case of "where did the time go?" elizabeth went from zero to one in a blink of an eye. this picture below feels like yesterday...
and now we are here!
elizabeth did not disappoint on her first ever indulgence into pure sugar. she took one look and dove in hands free.
but what we really need to celebrate here is her mom. her mom is a fabulously over the top party organizer. there seriously was no detail left undone for this pink lemonade party. you would think she would have stopped after buying the lemonade stand. but oh no, party details included a vintage dresser to display the desserts, an antique teacart for the lemonade glasses (which were of course color coordinating mason jars), and the pink vintage highchair. Not to mention all food made from scratch. And this isn't even the half of it in term of all the thoughtful details. Well done, my friend, well done. You never cease to amaze!
Happy Birthday to our sweet Elizabeth!
last weekend was back to school mini sessions for me. it was oppressively hot, i mean really really hot, but despite the heat, there were so many happy faces to capture. i super loved all the kids' comments such as "can we do the apple on the head like last year?!" what joy that the kids are so into it and are suggesting their own way to compose a shot, and that they generally don't want to leave after the session. photos should be fun, and that is indeed what we had a lot of with these sessions featuring vintage school props. here's just a small sample for you to enjoy:
the bunnies are back!! and they are bringing some friends. this year's easter mini sessions will be extra adorable with not only tiny bunnies, but also week old chicks. these sessions are very popular and one weekend only... so don't delay in reserving your spot. hop to it!!
the fine print: due to the added complexity of working with live animals, these sessions will all take place in my home in harvard. a nonrefundable $50 reservation fee will be due at time of booking to hold your spot with the balance of $45 due at the time of session.
feeling the love this valentine's day. so many sweet little faces full of love. enjoy!
all you need is...
